Say good bye to The O.C., for this was its last and final season. FOX apparently canceled it due to lack luster ratings. A lot happened this season and it was especially hard for everybody to get over Marissa’s death. Biterness, madness, and depression plagued the minds of the characters on The O.C. as they tried to live on, without Marissa. Eventually everybody got over it, but not until Ryan murders Volchok for murdering Marissa. Eye for an eye? Yeah, it is a Cohen/Jewish thing. Seth and Summer are together, but they are trying to figure out who they really are in this world. Are they married or not married? That is the question. Ryan and Taylor (whom I like) hook up. Julie starts a whore house and Kathlin admits to smoking crack and playing ping-pong. And let’s not forget the miracle Cohen baby. All in all, FOX did a better job ending the series than they did trying to keep it alive. I am a bitter fan, what can I say? For sure there will be no season 5, and for that my life is incomplete.

Lots of crazy things happened in Season 3 of the OC (Orange County). Hard times fall on the Cooper family, Seth and Summer break up for a long time, and Marissa becomes an even bigger drama queen.

The theme song for a television show can tell you a lot about it. “California here we come, right back where we started from”. Through everything that the characters have had to go through in the O.C. they seem to end up right back where they started from. Ryan and Marissa in Season 2 eventually get back together and so do Seth and Summer. Although they had a rocky start to the season trying to get Seth and Ryan to come back to Newport. Then it seems everybody is dating somebody other than who they should be. Ryan is with his Mexican chick, Seth with Alex, Marissa with Dj, and Summer with Zack. Then Lindsay comes into the picture, Sandy’s past comes back to haunt him, Ryan’s brother makes it hard for him. And when the season ends, things come together and are finalized and put into order. The O.C. is a great show, but the characters relationships seem to go no where with each other. Ryan and Marissa are they together or not together? Seth and Summer are they together or not? There is always this on and off stuff going on with these people. They seriously need to lose the drama and figure out who they want to be with and make a commitment to be with em.
